One of the most distinctive of all the Cactus Plecos of the genus Pseudacanthicus, the Black Dragon or Serratus Pleco is a jet black, heavily spined species known only from Suriname. Like most of its relatives, they are largely carnivorous and prefer a protein rich diet.
